Want to go for a long, relaxed run.  Pick the time and respond to this blog please!!!!

Anyone takers for a long run on Thursday after school.  Just a casual 1 hour run ... not speed, just for the joy of it.  Come out if you can, enjoy the Autumn weather.

Congratulations to all of you.  Together, you earned a 5th place finish in the 3A Provincial Championships.  The typical powerhouses took the top three spots, but we passed (Easily) several other top running schools.  You should all be proud!

Even cooler this year, we finished 11 overall in the province out of 145 competing schools ... again, a best ever finish!

I'm heading off for a 10k run in a few minutes ... I don't have to save myself for next Saturday.  See you all on Tuesday.

What else can I say ... you are a great team, from top to bottom!  You show a level of class and support that is rarely seen in a team.  I'm proud of everyone of you.  Be proud of everything you did this season ... although for some of you, the season continues next week at Provincials.
