Letters, Waivers, Fee Schedules, will be handed out to athletes at the beginning of the season. Please ask your son/daughter if they have returned them. No athlete can compete without these submitted forms and fees.
Deadline for Forms and Fees are Thursday, September 20.
If forms are not handed in in person, the forms can be scanned and PDF'd and sent to Mr. Malech's School email address ( firstname.lastname@example.org )
Fees this year are:
$80 (see letter from your student athlete for specifics/budget)
$25 (Athletic Banquet ... only pay once, for the first team you are part of at the school).
